Very pleased to meet you. I have secretly been creating healthy alternative cakes in my tiny kitchens for many years and in 2017 I decided to brave it out and show the world how I have transformed sugary, heavy cakes into sweet, artistic and nutritious treats. I truly want to help those who are unable to enjoy sugar, dairy, flour or eggs. Today's cakes are loaded with those ingredients and we all now know, they are seriously unhealthy, not to mention, overly sweet. Some people just can't eat them! Can you imagine not being able to enjoy a birthday cake, or even worse, your own wedding cake? Well, I feel everyone should be able to have a sweet beautiful cake that will nourish instead of upset. My goal is to think and to create out of the traditional cake box and look into a world of energy, health and pride when designing a celebration cake.
